About me
With a long career in public health, I’ve worked across strategy and service delivery — always focusing on prevention and reducing health inequalities. The COVID-19 pandemic was a turning point, leading me to shift toward holistic, person-centred work.
Leaping Hare Therapies brings together my professional experience and my passion for holistic approaches to wellbeing. After years of working at a systems level, I wanted to offer something more personal — rooted in care, connection, and the whole person.
My own healing journey has shaped this work deeply. Living with neurodivergence, chronic pain, and navigating transformative life stages like starting a family and moving through menopause taught me the value of listening to the body and restoring balance on all levels — mind, body, soul, and spirit.
I’m passionate about empowering others, especially women, to take charge of their wellbeing and embrace healthy ageing — so we can all live fuller, more connected lives.
