Accessibility and Neurodivergence Statement for Sound Sessions

You don’t need any previous experience or kit to join our journeys. We provide a nice thick mat, cushion, blanket and eye pillow. You are also welcome to bring along any props that might make you more comfortable – a pillow, sleeping bag, extra mat etc..

Accessibility

One-to-one sound therapy sessions take place on a reclining treatment couch that can be lowered for easy access. If you need to receive your session in a chair or wheelchair, that’s absolutely fine — I’ll always adapt the treatment space to suit your needs.

For community sound journeys, most people lie down on mats, but reclining chairs can be provided if you’re not comfortable on the floor. Wheelchair users are very welcome, although some venues may have limited access — please check with me in advance so I can support you in choosing the right location. Wheelchair users can bring along a friend or carer for FREE – just let me know when you book your ticket!

Neurodivergence Support

If you’re neurodivergent or have particular sensory, access, or support needs, please let me know ahead of time. My sessions are designed to be grounding, soothing and flexible — and I’m happy to adapt things to help you feel safe and at ease. Whether it’s choosing your place in the room, avoiding certain sounds, or understanding what to expect in advance, I’ll work with you to create a supportive experience that feels right for you.
