Events
I know that life can sometimes get in the way of the things you really want to do. If you need to cancel your place at an event, you can do so up to seven days in advance for a full refund.
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable — but you’re very welcome to gift your ticket to a friend if you can no longer attend. Appointments
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let me know as early as possible.
You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund or to reschedule at no extra charge.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged in full.
Treatment Packages
If you’ve booked a course of treatments, sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will normally result in the session being forfeited.
If you wish to cancel a package before completing it, you’ll be refunded for any unused sessions, provided 48 hours’ notice is given.
Missed appointments without notice may not be eligible for a refund.
I understand that unexpected things happen — this policy may be waived in exceptional circumstances. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if something comes up.
